I paid $100+ for a mani pedi here yesterday and the gel chrome is coming off after one day. ☹️ Update: The day they did my nails, I told them I was getting this polish done before my flight for a two week trip to Japan that was in a few hours. Upon my return from my trip, I reached out to them to take them up on their offer they wrote here in response to my review. They wrote that they would help me because of what happened with my polish. But when I called them to take them up on this offer, they refused to help me with anything. They said they could not help me because I wrote a bad review and they said that I am rude because I wrote a bad review so that they would not help me. This is very unprofessional that they would offer to help on here and do not actually go through with it. It is

Please do not go to this salon. The owner is rude and misleading. My first visit was great. I got a Gel X manicure and regular pedicure for $80 and was happy with the results. The second time, I called ahead asking for a fill and let them know one nail had broken. I was told it would be $55. When I arrived, I also requested a French tip. At no point did she mention that it would cost extra or suggest that a new set would be cheaper. Only after finishing my nails did she tell me the total was $80, explaining that the broken nail and French tip were additional charges and that I “should’ve gotten a new set” because it would have been less.
