Hair Personality

The sign on the window says walk ins welcome. I have not found this to be the case. I have been there two times before and both times they seemed surprised that I had no appointment. I went in this last time recently and instead of asking how they could help me, the first words I heard were "do you have an appointment"which of course I didn't. I would have waited for a little while if either of the two stylists were going to be available soon. But they asked if I could come back a little later. It turns out I was not able to. I just wanted a simple hair cut that probably would have taken 20 minutes. The first two times I went here I had similar treatment but I got my service each of those times. I'm hoping that if I had made an appointment that I would have gotten better service. But they

Nice people, pleasant atmosphere, VERY reasonable prices - I've only had Jenny do my hair so I don't know the other ladies, but I see lots of happy customers there. The best thing for me is that when Jenny does my hair, I (a senior citizen with NO talent at styling) can handle it well until the next haircut. For that reason alone, I hope Jenny never leaves.

Had my first appt. With Jenny, she did an Awesome job on my hair color and cut. I got a lot of compliments. Thank you Jenny

VERY EFFICIENT. CLEAN! I ALWAYS HAVE ROD DO MY HAIR. HE IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! ALL who work there are very nice and professional.
