TraNails in Livermore is absolutely amazing! I treated myself to the Ultimate Pedicure, and it was hands down one of the most relaxing experiences I’ve ever had. They even offered a beverage to enjoy during the service, which was such a nice, thoughtful touch and really added to the pampering experience. The Ultimate Pedicure included collagen socks, sea salt soak, mask, nail shaping and cuticle care, sugar scrub, an incredible massage, hot stones, paraffin, and a hot towel—every single step felt luxurious and unhurried. Always have had the best experience at this nail salon, but this one was EXTRA special. I called in just a few hours before the store close time, on New Year’s Eve. I had been trying to come in all week, and I ended up catching the very informative owner on the phone. She explained the differences between GelX and acrylic sets and what would work better for me given the design I had chosen. Even though it was a custom set, she immediately agreed to be able to do them that evening, and reassured me of flexibility in time, regardless of it being a holiday! When I got there, the ladies teamed up and had me finished in less than 2 hours. It was painless, efficient, and GORGEOUS. This was my first visit to TraNails in over 10 years (I think it used to be a different salon back then). The staff is so sweet and the atmosphere is amazing!! Ha did my nails and I can honestly say they’re the best Gel X French tips I’ve ever had. Her attention to detail and the care she took with nail prep to make sure everything was perfect was so admirable. She was incredibly kind and understanding when my work schedule changed last minute. I’m so happy with my experience and will definitely be coming back!!
