Tracy Nails

If I could give less than one star I would. Please SAVE YOUR MONEY. My nails look terrible and was a complete waste of $50 dollars and when I said something she acted as though I was stupid. I asked for almond nails and she told me she couldn’t do that so I said square is fine……. but I got this god awful duck shape. My friend got a pedicure and also said it was the worst she has had, and her polish was just slapped all over her toes. All around terrible experience!!!!! Will never go back and when I told them I was unhappy with the result, no compensation or discount was offered.

Total mom win at Tracy’s Nails today. My 15-year-old wanted a specific French tip look with bows that she saw online, and Tracy delivered 100%. She was so patient with the design and made sure it was exactly what my daughter envisioned. It’s the perfect mix of a classic look with that 'cool factor' teens are looking for. Highly recommend to any moms of teens—this is definitely the trendiest shop in town!

"Please, go somewhere else! This was by far the worst nail experience I've ever had. I gave them one star only because the platform requires it for posting. The first person who worked on my nails clearly didn't know what she was doing. When I asked the owner if the technician had experience, she told me the technician was new. They really should inform customers when a technician is new and give them the option of whether or not they want to be worked on by someone inexperienced. Then, Tracy said she would 'fix my nails' but ended up cutting them way too short, and she didn't even paint them properly. My nails were messed up yesterday, and today the color is already chipping off."

I’ve been coming here for a few months with no problems they are fun and considerate. I really enjoy the time & treatment they give to me 💅🏽💆🏼‍♂️

Unfortunately, this place leaves a lot to be desired. I went in today for a mani pedi and was disappointed and annoyed. She has to do 5 Layers of gel on fingers to get the color dark enough and finally had to pick a different color to put on top of it. The color had clearly been thinned out and needed to be replaced. My pedicure was lack luster and I’ll have to fix my calluses myself. The place was also dirty and she had a lot of pets in the store (fish, turtles, maybe a hamster) that I didn’t see until I had already gotten my nails done (they are by the bathroom). I hope Tracy can make some improvements.
