Artisan Hair

I have been to Susan twice. Both times I have found her to be pleasant, fast, and skilled. The second time I came in looking for a huge change, and she was happy to help me. Not only did she do a great job, she recommended a product for my use at home that has made a big difference. I waited a few weeks after trying it to see if it worked and she definitely knew what she was doing! This is, in complete honesty, the happiest I have been with my haircut in my life. I am not a picture taker and I was sending friends and family selfies. I'm on a regular maintenance schedule with her now and plan to stay that was as long as she is cutting hair! Thankyou, Susan!!!

I highly recommend Artisan Hair! Susan, the owner, has been my hair stylist for over 17 years. She always makes sure I am satisfied with my cuts/color and will make adjustments if needed. There was only one time that I needed a color adjustment, when I was trying out a new color; normally I LOVE my color/cut! Susan is always up-to-date on styles. I also really enjoy coming to the salon because I enjoy my conversations with Susan; she's a "real" person and she often helps me to see problems in a different way. You can't go wrong at Artisan Hair!!

This was my first time at this salon, and I have to say I was very impressed when I first walked in, very clean and homey feeling. Susan is the sweetest. She’s very down to earth and easy to talk to. I’ve been to countless different hairstylists and she was by far the best. I was not expecting my hair to look as good as it did and I’m soooooo happy with it! Reasonably priced and she definitely will have my business! I will recommend Artisan Hair to anyone!

Susan is a very smart person and you will have some really good conversations with her =) Also, she is not willing to harm your hair for her financial gain. Susan is upfront and honest with her customers, and she always makes my hair look so damn good!

After moving into the York area, I tried about 6 different salons before stumbling across Artisan Hair. This salon is one of the best I have used, and wouldn't even consider using anyone else. My hair has always been hard to handle, but Susan has always worked with me. I regularly have my hair cut there, and can also recommend their coloring and highlighting services, both of which are excellent. But the best is the wash before the services - the massage will put you to sleep!
