Tracy Nails

I went for manicure and American polish. She soaked my nails in cold water no soap. That's when I should have left. When finished my white tips so thick looks like a speed bump. The shape is suppose to be square round. All my nails are different shape. I went back and they were willing to fix but stated they forgot to charge me 5 for Anerican. So she will fix it but need to charge me 5. Should have just fixed it and not charge me 5 as I had to drive back and would have to sit again to fix it. Horrible service.

Tracy’s nails never disappoints! I’ve been coming here consistently for 6+ months, and my nails have never looked better!!! Jason always does an amazing job!!! Tina and the other ladies do as well!!! I always leave 109% satisfied with my nails & toes! I highly recommend this nail salon!

I went to get my nails done today (Wednesday) at 6:15 exactly, I went in and asked if they were taking anymore people, neither workers responded. There was 2 white women already in there being serviced by 2 staff members, I asked both workers if they were taking anymore clients again and they still kept looking at me funny and eventually the man that works there responded they were closed (they close at 7 supposedly during the week) I waited outside in the car because my brother has karate right next door, later at 6:30 another white women walks in and gets serviced! So my mom walks in and asks them why I couldn’t get serviced and no one responds. They discriminate against black people and won’t get any of my money! Absolutely ridiculous!

I had a wonderful experience. The technicians care about cleanliness. They also care about your wait time. I usually make an appointment but I witnessed the care they showed to another patron who came at a busy time. They set an appointment for her 1 hour later and took her phone number. My pedicure experience was impeccable. I will be back and I highly recommend this nail shop. And I am one of those picky people. You will love your experience.
