La Bella Nail Spa

I visited this salon on 12/11/2024 for a exciting spa day. Upon arrival the parking lot was packed and the shop was busy. I signed in and was told I would have to wait a few mins. I found my way to seating because I was not offered any. I did not wait long. Less than ten minutes. A man came out and signaled me over to a pedi chair to began my pedicure. He was nice. He offered me the pedicure and drink menus. The drink was tasty and his service was splendid. He did a great job on my pedicure. Afterwards, I got a full set with designs done by Sophia. She took her time. All was well until Sophia said she did not have the specific silver polish to match the specific design I wanted. She offered a substitute polish. I agreed on the substitute silver polish but for some reason she did not want t

First time here and had an AMAZING experience. Everyone is genuinely pleasant, helpful and professional. They pride themselves on trying to make sure they privde a good, relaxing, experience and they did exactly that. The rest is up to you. No frills, no hidden fluctuating prices, no walk-ins and no tolerance for anybody who is not respectful-I loved it!! I've NEVER had nail experience that could top the one I had here. I've previously traveled way farther for far less at the recommendation of a co-worker. Won't go anywhere else. This place is truly a hidden gem.

This is the only nail salon I go to! Customer service is amazing, the complimentary drinks are the delicious, the salon is very clean and peaceful, and the work is amazing quality! You can bring pictures of what you want and they will make it happen to the best of their ability, I usually send a pic ahead of time as they like to practice for you when they know what you’re wanting. I highly recommend them!!

The chairs are comfortable, the music is relaxing and the complimentary drinks, especially the Vietnamese coffee, are a special touch. My builder gel nails look great, don’t chip or break and last up to 3 weeks. They even added cell phone holders at the nail stations to make it easier for customers to use their phones while getting their nails done. I love everything about this salon.

Hands down one of the best salons I have been to in a long time! They are pleasant, eager, and strive to make sure you are happy with your nails. The vibe and peaceful atmosphere of the salon is unmatched. And very resonable with cost! Makes having to sit for nails very relaxing! Great experience both times I have been there and my nails look great!
