The Tracouse provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They were on time for my daughter’s appointment, very kind, and professional throughout. The staff had great attitudes, never made us feel rushed, and gave us a welcoming experience. Overall, it was a wonderful visit to a Black-owned salon, and we’ll definitely be back! STEPH!!!! Yasssss she is that Black Qweeeeen! She did that! She slayed and laid my hair no doubt about it. Very pleased with her service and how she took her time with my hair and carefully trimmed it. Just gave very classy elegance. I loved my experience here getting my silk press down on natural hair. I will most likely return! Steph is the only reason why I didn’t put a 1 star. However Made a 10 o clock appointment for makeup March 7th with Mya. She didn’t even greet me as her client, she didn’t look around or nothing, another person had to go get her and cause attention within the salon. Both times at Trachouse were great!! Friendly service and experienced stylist. I never had to wonder what Brittany was doing, she walked me through each step and gave me helpful tips to maintain my hair in between visits.
