Hair Care

After years of cutting my own hair (thanks, covid.), I decided to look for something local. I called and got an appointment with Joe. After talking for a while, I realized this was someone that I used to hang out with in the early 60's. Even at thirteen, he had one goal in mind, making people look beautiful. He was so into it, that I used to look at the credits of movies figuring I'd see his name someday (think Warren Beatty in Shampoo. He had star quality back then). Anyway, amidst the rehashing of old times, he got rid of my multi-grey mop and turned it into golden locks. He spent a lot of time on me and yet it ended up costing less than I had budgeted. I've been back a few times and it's always been a good experience. Highly recommended.

Need a great haircut at a reasonable price may I suggest Hair Care in East Haven. I called in the morning and got an appointment same day! (Both visits!) Shampoo Cut and Blow Dry by friendly professional staff ! Most importantly to me personally is my haircut is not only great when I leave it’s easy to maintain and as it grows out it still looks good and is easily maintained! Thank you Hair Care!

This salon is amazing! They helped me when my husband passed away very suddenly and unexpected. They were gracious enough to take me in and do my hair weekly and at times 2x weekly as I just didn’t have the strength to do my own hair
