I rarely leave negative reviews, but I am disappointed with the quality of the service and the nails. Therefore, the technician is lovely, and the space is immaculate. The price of a basic manicure is around $56, which is insane! Yet, I purchased my treatment from ClassPass to try the salon. The service lacks basic quality grooming for the nails. There is no fan to dry your nails afterwards, and the polish on my nails started to chip and smear off only after five hours! I have been getting my own nails done for years, and that hasn't happened. Normally, the polish should wear off after a week. I can easily get a basic manicure at another salon in the city for around $20 for better quality care.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but Chasity deserves one! I got an express extension with a V french and my nails came out flawless, so clean and elegant. She’s detail-oriented, friendly, and really makes the whole experience enjoyable. She even offered me a drink, and their vanilla cold brew was very good. I left feeling so happy with my nails and can’t wait to book with her again!

Walked past the salon and decided to try it out. I got a express gel manicure and my experience was lovely. The salon is cutely designed and clean. The staff is also very friendly. And they have their own brand of nail polish and products, which I was told Has less chemicals than others. Overall, great experience and i would go back!

Alika is amazing! She’s super sweet and helpful and does a very thorough and meticulous manicure. She has the steadiest hands and is able to do such a great job so easily. Highly recommend!

I have been a loyal customer here for a while and usually love the service, technology, and the kind staff. The gel pedicures are fantastic and perfect typically. However, my last visit was very very concerning. The technician dug very deep into the side of my big toe, insisting it was just 'cleaning dry skin' even though it hurt and bled a little. I shouldn't have let it go. Since that appointment, my big toe has become swollen, painful to walk on, and has developed a dark scab/infection. I’m currently having to treat this medically (and it is becoming expensive!!). I am really disappointed because I loved this place, but the hygiene or technique used this time was dangerous. Please ensure tools are sterilized and technicians are careful not to cut the skin. (will spare you all the phot
