⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chi did my pedicure today at 12:30 and she was absolutely wonderful! She was so kind, gentle, and attentive throughout the entire appointment, and she really made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. She paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was perfect. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. I left feeling pampered and refreshed highly recommend booking with Chi!

I had a Gel-X manicure done on December 21 and paid a premium price, expecting Gel-X would last at least 3-4 weeks. Unfortunately, the polish lifted from all the nails within 1–2 weeks, which is not acceptable for this type of service. I was out of the country and contacted the salon as soon as I returned and shared pictures. Despite the clear issue being related to the quality of the service, I was told I would need to pay again for a fix, with only a 20% discount offered. This is not a reasonable resolution for a manicure that failed so quickly. While the staff were polite, the quality and customer service did not match the price charged. I would not return and would advise others to consider this before booking.

I visited this nail salon for the first time and was on the lookout for an affordable and convenient place near my workplace where I could get my nails done during lunch. I’m happy to say I think I’ve found the perfect spot! I absolutely loved my experience and will definitely be returning. Nina was fantastic! She took her time, paid attention to every little thing, and my nails came out absolutely perfect. So happy!

I am admittedly a difficult nail client (I want my nails to be perfect!) and Town always delivers and provides an absolutely amazing service. I never write reviews but I genuinely feel like I would be doing them a disservice by not posting. I go for the regular gel manicure and it lasts me at least 3 weeks, if not longer. Nancy and Chi are the best!!!

I originally came here for a dip manicure about two weeks ago as a first time customer. Unfortunately, my nails started lifting within the first week, which was disappointing since I’ve been getting dip manicures for years and they usually last 4–5 weeks for me. When I reached out, the salon offered me 50% off my next service but wouldn’t refund me, saying it was normal wear and tear — which I didn’t agree with. However, I went back recently to have them fixed, and my experience was much better. The nail tech took her time to smooth and correct the issues, and I really appreciated that she made things right. The pedicure there was also amazing — definitely the highlight of my visits. Overall, I updated my rating to 4 stars because the follow-up service showed good customer care and impro
