⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mr. Chin Deserves Better — Great Man, Great Store I’ve been going to Town Beauty Supply in Takoma Park for years, and my experience has always been positive. The owner, who I call Mr. Chin, is one of the nicest and most respectful people you’ll ever meet. He’s always smiling, playing his Christian music on 91.9, greeting people kindly, and creating a peaceful atmosphere every time you walk in. I remember when I needed Pure Glow boxes that were out of stock for a while due to the tariffs. Mr. Chin took my number, called me as soon as they came in from Paris, and even put six aside for me with a really good discount. The heavy set lady and the bald guy are the most unhelpful people in history. They just sit and look at you. They offer no assistance, no help, no greeting. They need to be fired or hire someone that actually cares about the business. I came in to make a purchase, they obviously could See I needed help. I'm not begging anyone to take my money. Better places to shop.

Literally just walked out 2 minutes ago. Awful service, following me down each aisle pretending to look at the items. $12.99 for 4oz products but when I googled it, at every other store its $9.99. Im not even from here, I walked in with my wallet in my hand. I dont have to steal. This man is very rude and cold feeling. I’ll never go to this store again. He doesnt even have enough products.

I wish I could give 0 start cos they don’t deserve even a one star. They sold fake lotion costing worth $170. The color texture of the lotion itself is usually white but the one I got from this place is yellow. I’ve been using this for the past 10 years (never gotten it from this location) and immediately identified it was fake. When I called them to complain, they said a bunch of I don’t know what and hung up on me. Guess what?? they don’t accept returns. Sounds like they know what they are doing. Selling fake products so no one can return them. I guess this is my loss but count your days!!! Your reviews tell how bad this place is. DONT SHOP HERE!!!

The people that work in this beauty supply store have no customer service skills. I had to speak when I entered. I used to bring my girls here to buy some items, spending $30-$50 at a time. I just stopped by to get my girls a few items, but the attitudes of the people are awful. And you wonder why people go the the Asian owned stores. Those stores know exactly how to treat customers. This place is overloaded with items and no one is buying. Good Luck !!! Find a real business-minded person to work at this store. If I could have chosen 1 star, I would have.
