Mark has been my barber for quite a while and I followed him when he moved to Tough Luck. He always provides great service and extreme attention to detail with every cut. I have never had any complaints. The environment seems amazing and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

I followed Kyle James to Tough Luck after his time at Bison, and I’m glad I did. I’ve tried just about every men’s barber and salon in Houston, and Tough Luck is hands-down the best. I have very fine hair that most barbers struggle with, but Kyle and the team here get it right every time. The cuts are consistently excellent, the communication is clear, and the booking process is seamless. The shop itself is undergoing some impressive renovations, and it’s quickly becoming the best barber shop in the city. Highly recommended.
