I went here before covid and it was one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. I have never left a bad review in my life. But after a year I’m still thinking about this experience. I came into the salon and I simply wanted to get my acrylic nails soaked off. The man ended up using his metro card to take off the acrylics and broke all of my real nails to the point that I was bleeding after I left. Even though he could see how disappointed I was, he charged me for the service anyway and I left the place astonished by what happened. I don’t get my nails done often so I did not know what to expect but when I got to work later in the day I told my coworkers about it and they were astonished. I’m honestly still shocked by the whole thing to this day.

I don't know the name of the lady who did my nails, but she was just very cold, very limited communication, did the job, left and forgot me at the nail blow dry station. The French Manicure came out okay, but I was uncomfortable there, it's the first and last visit.

Got a monthly membership. Only got one mani pedi. Went back to get the second mani pedi but because the membership expired the day before the cut off date I was charged again. WHAT A RIP OFF. Don’t bother going. They didn’t bother even telling me that prior to my mani pedi that the membership had expired.

This my fave nail salon. In my hood. Clean. Professional service. Great prices. Just Perfect!

Very friendly staff. Staff did my nails for 20 minutes. I was only client there. I would come back again if I’m in the area.
