Touch-n-Tan

The lady working was extremely rude and none of the spray tan machines were available. There was one machine “working” but there was no solution. I was charged for a medium spray tan even though I wasn’t able to get the tan. Apparently she also was not able to refund my card? The first time I came here it was great and workers were extremely nice and helpful. I will not be returning to this location because of this lady. Update: The owner called and apologized for the inconvenience and customer service. He offered for me to go to his other location, which is what I did. I really appreciated the quick response and good customer service. He seems like a man who really cares about his clients!

This is a convenient location for tanning, they have good hours, and there are some newer beds which is nice. I went in today to tan and I must not have entered my information right as the time wasn't set on the bed and so I went to ask the lady up front about it and she talked down to me in front of another customer and made me feel like I wasn't smart enough to figure it out and pointed out I had reserved the bed and not set the timer. I went back to the bed after I set the timer as she instructed and the time still didn't set. I didn't want to ask the lady up front about it again as she was busy talking to the customer she was talking to the first time I asked her about it, so I left without tanning. I left feeling like a real dud today.

The salon is nice although the lady working was quite rude to my 3 year old grandson who came with his mother and I. He twirled in the middle of the floor while standing not hurting anything or anyone and she tried to tell him to sit down or go to the car. WHAT KIND OF STUFF IS THAT ....... His mother and I are qualified to watch him and don't babysat and she needs to learn customer service skills and that it does not state anywhere that children are not allowed so is it because he is black ?????

Very friendly and clean. The owner is awesome! Additional: I need to mention the upkeep on the beds. If there is a bulb out, it is replaced ASAP. I've been to tanning salons where a bulb will be out for weeks upon weeks and it seems like they just don't care. But not here! They are always on top of it.

Touch n tan is a great place to go. The employees are always friendly when I come in and the beds are very good. Also, the 24 hour access is super convenient. Ever since I started tanning here, I wouldn't want to tan at any other salon. -Emily
