Came in here with my family the other day. This nice gentleman helped me find what I wanted. He was so kind helping me find a scent that matched me, I swear he let me smell literally every single scent. He was Wonderfull, but what I’m guessing is his boss, she was an older lady just the way I was seeing her treat him was just unbelievable. There was another girl too that she would treat completely different. And the gentleman, she was just disgusting to him. My dad said he could see the emptiness inside his eyes. It’s sad to see people treating coworkers like this especially when there great. Anyways was a great experience, I loved the way everything was set in this store too!! I have shopped at this store several times. I’ve spent hundreds and more at this store . Most of the employees are nice . I can’t remeber her name but she is an older woman and love her. However their manager Maddy/maddie needs to learn customer service and an attitude check. Gross behavior. I was in the middle of checking out. Found out it was an online sale only. Which was fine not a problem I said I would take a pic of the perfumes and I’ll make an online order. However their inventory at this store is never correct. And I was showing them that some of the perfumes I wanted are saying out of stock when it was right in front of me. So I said make it make sense. And the employee called over Maddie who immediately was rude with an attitude saying it’s a corporate problem . Uhh okay that

I was standing by the door waiting on a friend to finish purchasing a perfume when a worker asked me if i needed help with anything. I responded with “no thank you” and she replied asking me to leave the store. I asked her why and she told me you never know what someone else is going through, and then continued to tell me about someone who had recently passed in her family. To this I was very shocked and I apologized for her loss. She told me again to leave the store because of my attitude. It was a very confusing situation, as I did not give her any attitude but I offered my condolences.

Most workers were very kind but some need training. I didn’t catch her name, but a pink haired worker took out problems outside of work on to me and my friend. I had a spoon in my mouth, and she came up and said take it out. I said okay, and tried to say it was a new one. Mind you these spoons are supposed to be used so if they are dirty something needs to be done. She told me “I didn’t need to have an attitude.” I chose not to respond because it wasn’t too big of a deal. Then she started watching me and my friend before coming up to us and asking “do you need help looking for something.” My friend said “no thank you” and the worker told us to leave. We asked why and she said “you don’t know what others are going through, I just had an unexpected death in the family, and I don’t need your
