Totally New Waves & Braids Two Salon and Supplies

We had a last minute hair emergency at 5pm on a Saturday night. My daughters beautician broke his arm and I'd already taken her braids out so she could have them redone for school (which starts in 4 days)! So my sister called around and Phyllis was compassionate enough to squeeze her in at 6pm on a Saturday evening. Keke rebraided her hair and had her looking polished again in no time. EXTRAORDINARY customer service and incredible stylist. I'm so grateful they were willing to squeeze her in at the twelfth hour! ❤️

She totally overbooked so she could not do my hair at the designated time, which was infuriating as I cleared my business just to make the appt. I as a true business owner who always put clients first was very dissatisfied lucky I found another business that took me right away, and she was very pleased with my tip as well

Easily the most skilled hair stylist in the valley--Ms Phyllis can do women's, men's and childrens hair, in just about every look and style. Been going here for nearly 20 years and would high recomment to anyone!
