I had such a wonderful experience at the Lush Cosmetics, and it was entirely thanks to Dakota. From the moment she greeted me, Dakota was incredibly charismatic, friendly, and welcoming. She immediately made me feel comfortable and genuinely happy to be there. She was attentive without ever being pushy, super informative, and took the time to thoughtfully answer all of my questions. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for and somehow made the whole experience feel personal and special, like she truly cared and wasn’t just doing her job. Me and my boyfriend went to go buy his sister a present. Cynthia helped us out, she was super knowledgeable and was able to het us get something the she would enjoy. Cynthia was very thorough and asked a lot of questions to ensure the gift would be perfect for her. She was went as far as explaining the scents notes of all the items and what kind of a smell the over all product would have.with holidays being super stressful and hard to buy gifts. Cynthia was very knowledgeable and made the process super easy for us.

Hello I would just like to take some time to shout out Kimberly the store manager from Canoga Park store. She is awesome! Me and my buddy walked in just to smell and look around and she helped me find a face wash perfect for my skin and what I was in the market for already! She even gave us a free sample!!!!! The way she knew the products very well and gave me a solution for what I was looking for! I’m definitely a new regular now thanks to her! ps (definitely deserves a raise)

My experience with Dakota today at Lush in Westfield Topanga mall was beyond great customer service. Not only did Dakota help me find exactly what I needed, she was thorough, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She made me feel seen, heard and understood. I am very grateful and happy I was able to speak with her and get the help I needed. Dakota is an amazing associate and deserves a raise or a promotion!! Great work Dakota. 💛
