Total Lodge Spa

I only had a membership with Total Lodge Spa for a few months and was NOT impressed. I only tanned. Nothing else. And although I never found the facilities to be dirty, I just thought it was a little cheaper that they only provided paper towels to wipe yourself off with and you had to buy your own goggles. They also changed their hours multiple times, which was a minor inconvenience. My primary complaint about this place is that they outsource their accounts to a big agency. Don't expect anyone at the location to be able to answer a question about your membership or account because "We don't handle accounts and payments here". TWICE I got screwed over because of this. The first time, my debit card expired. I got a new one and called them to have them add the new card to my account. They as

Closed for business. Had a gift card worth $150 and wasn’t able to use it. Called before they closed and they could never schedule me an appointment. Called many times after that and got voicemail with no return call. Drove to place and they have a padlock on door - looks like they’re closed. Really wish they could at least give me something, spa product or something for my gift card. Small reimbursement - something. Just sad :(

I love this place. The girls remember my name when I come. They are always smiling. They remember things we talk about. Even when the owner is in, she remembers me, calls me by my name and remembers what we talk about. If my favorite bed is unavailable, the girls are great about know what others ones I like without me having to ask questions. I love this is owned by a woman and her daughter.

I miss going! Haven’t had a membership in a while because I moved but I really miss my super stand up bed! 😩

Such a cute idea. Like a lodge spa. Kinda sell explanatory. The back is pretty standard.
