This review has nothing to do with this store, this is for online ordering and pick up in-store, I tried to order online but the order did not go through I kept getting a message saying "unable to verify credit card information" but then I went to look at my bank account and they had put a hold for the total amount of the order on my account, for each time that I tried to get the order to go through. It's been 5 days and I still dont have that money back in my bank account.So now I am out of that money and the item as well. So beware! If your ordering online they will take the money out of your bank account even if the order does not go through. I called customer service and all they can say is the hold should fall off after 7 days. Ridiculous!

I am very late to sharing this(like 3 months, but that I remembered says a lot). For that I am sorry. I had a great customer experince here at this location. The person that helped me, Shelia I beleive was her name. I purchased a hair dye that ended up being poorly mixed or a dud and I didnt know my product was flawed till I spoke with Shelia sharing my experience and taking recommendations. She compared the bottle and informed me the dye seemed "off" and proved it with a smear-test. Stellar attention to detail. Helpful and kind.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Horrible service, products were in the wrong place so the price I paid was different from what I thought it would be. The cashier was rude and blamed the disorganization of the the store on some children who were there earlier.

Your employee was completely incompetent and refused my professional discount even though I provided my red card, phone number, and state DL. I used to work for Sally’s in school and would never have treated a professional this way. Not only did I not get my discount, she didn’t even ring up all my items, forcing me to pay full price on two separate transactions. I left embarrassed and upset, making my husband finish the purchase. My manager at Sally’s in Conroe would have fired me for this behavior. To make matters worse, she looked dirty, greasy, and unkempt — not a reflection of professionalism in beauty retail. I will never recommend fellow professionals shop here. Normally I would give SALLYS a good review because they have everything that I need they have good sales, FRIENDLY sales staff.... until tonight. I live 20 minutes away and got stuck in traffic from an accident that happened in route.i pulled up right in front of the door headlights on 8:58. Knowing the store hours and they close at 9 i thought ... .....well i know what i need, And I know where it is so it'll take me all of a minute half to get what I needed and back to the register As I opened my car door the sales Tech looked right at me and locked the door and then turned around and proceeded to sweep the floor. I know walking into a place of business two minutes before they close is not generally a good idea but technically they are so open until the posted hours Not right sallys....
