I've been coming to this salon for over six years. I love the new location and my hairdresser, Bonnie, is fantastic. She knows what my hair needs and makes it look and feel its best. I make sure to schedule appointments before big events.

I had a great experience at this salon! I went for hair color correction after my hair got completely botched at cost cutters in agawam. Bonnie and Renee were super nice and very knowledgeable! They fixed my hair and made me look and feel beautiful again after my confidence was destroyed by the job the stylist at cost cutters did. I will definitely be going back! thank you!!!

Renee fix my hair about 4 years ago when somebody else and another place and really messed it up I've been going to her ever since. The new nail techs they have there now are the most professional I've ever been to. I have very sensitive feet from surgeries and they do exactly what you asked them to do. First time I had a pedicure and I wasn't out of my mind uncomfortable. Is very gentle and meticulous.

I love this salon. All the employees are wonderful. I have been seeing Bonnie for years. She takes great care of myself and my son who has sensory issues. She's patient and knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality salon that won't break your budget.

The nail techs were great! Very good job and great with gently and efficiently removing in grown toe nails. Carol the massage lady was awful. Her person was fine but a terrible massage! I made an appointment for a deep tissue knowing that I am full of knots in my back. She removed none of them nor tried! She spent more time walking back and forth to get her warm bamboo sticks to gently rub my back versus any type of massage. I got a gentle back rub absolutely no massage or “deep tissue “ for that matter. The zero for a tip should have sent the message. Otherwise staff and owner are very nice and friendly.
