Shannon is literally the best hair stylist i have ever had!! I have wavy hair and she knows how to cut it to make it curl better and just generally look better. Have had short hair and long hair haircuts and been absolutely happy with how my hair has turned out every time. Also she is just a wonderful person, along with everyone else who works there.

I started going to Shannon 5 years ago and can’t say enough wonderful things about her and the incredible job she does in my hair. So easy to make an appointment online and she is very flexible with scheduling 😊. My hair and color have never been healthier!!!

I saw their business from dinner across the street and thought I'd give them a go for a quick trim. I stopped by, only after checking out Baltazar's website and walk-in policy, at 6:30pm on a Wednesday. The person working walked away from their client and locked the door in front of me, it's a glass door, so I know THEY knew they were locking someone out. I was shocked at the rudeness of this act, and their lack of acknowledgement of my and my little sisters presence. This person could have easily stated when I walked in that they were booked for the night and scheduled me for another day. However, they chose not to, and ultimately lost a customer bc I am NOT calling a business who chooses rudeness over common courtesy. I gave them 2 stars, not 1, because I didn't ACTUALLY get to be serv
