I’ve been to the salon twice and had a great experience both times. Tosh cut and layered my super thick hair and I didn’t need to come back for several months because it was done so well. Then Katie took my hair from blackest brown hair to espresso martini / dimensional brunette with the balayage technique. It’s the best highlighting I’ve ever had done and matched my inspo pics exactly. I was so nervous coming in but she quelled all my fears and I’m so glad I trusted her!

I had a teeth whitening session at Total Hair Care today while my hair was processing and WOW was it impressive! I got some privacy while I was whitening, and I ended up with a fantastic result with a very noticeable difference. Totally recommend!!!

Angie is the best! I came in with super damaged hair with no known cause and she sent me home with a leave in conditioner and a beautiful hair cut that looks so healthy. She truly cared about my hair and told me everyone deserves to have beautiful hair. 100% will be going back and highly recommend going here!!!!

I usually hesitate to leave bad reviews for businesses. However, this experience was awful, and want other to be able to read it before they make their salon choice. I was booked for a highlight and hair cut. When asked what I was looking for I specified that I really like cooler tones. We had discussed how my hair normally gravitates towards warmer honey tones after a time, but I have gotten highlight several times from different stylists and have been happy with them. My stylist was not very friendly, but I like to be quiet anyway during salon visits so that was fine. I left with VERY HOT orange colored roots from the 20 developer put on my non highlight, virgin hair (which I didn’t want to be colored in the first place, just highlights). I always enjoy coming here. The salon is always clean. I never book one regular stylist but usually do first available and they are always incredible. Not to mention they are usually quick and the rates are very affordable. I really enjoy coming here and recommend this salon to everyone!!
