Chu Nails

I, at first, had a wonderful time here. They got me in right away. They were kind and the lady Christine who did my nails was very polite and did an amazing job. Along with the lady who gave my massage to me. I’m willing to give them a second chance. But downside was Angela, I was having an issue with my Venmo and she got visibly upset saying loudly about it’s a 10% fee to normally use my card. Also loudly saying I need to use the Venmo. The worker appeared apologetic and pointed to the sign only saying 3% fee to process. I was upset after that and wish that her tone had been different. Along with her reaction and the muttering under her breath with me standing there was extremely uncalled for. I plan on going back and getting my nails done again. My sister took me here for the first time and I loved it. I’m very picky about my nails the gentle did awesome.

I just enjoy going to Chu Nails. They are usually busy, but they do a good job of juggling all of the clients. I've never been unhappy with a service here and I've been going for at least 7 years! Thanks guys! (Pics are two different visits!)

I made an appointment for a bridal party of 6 to get mani-pedis. We got there on time for our appointment. They didn’t even start on anyone in our party for 35 minutes after we got there. The BRIDE sat in the pedicure chair for 45 minutes without anyone even talking to her. Every single one of my WHITE nail tips for a French tip are crooked.. and when I asked for them to be fixed before the acrylic was even put on, I got told ‘your nails are just crooked. And the lady just put a gold line on my pinky nail to ‘hide’ her mistake. The shape on almost ever nail isn’t the same. They were accepting walk-in, finishing people those walk-in… while barely paying attention to us. Every single person got a full set and a pedicure… got the EXACT same thing and everyone’s prices were also different. I w

I have gone to this place for about 5 years now and every time I get sat with the guy at chair number 3. He cuts me. Today, I just left my appointment about 10 minutes ago. He was cutting down my cuticles and he cut my cuticle and my skin. I pulled back my hand because obviously it hurt. He asked if he cut me as I’m bleeding lol. I asked if he could put something on it and he put oil. That’s it just oil didn’t say sorry or anything. The other girls there are amazing but he cuts me every single day. Wouldn’t recommend.
