Do not go to this Salon as your hair will be damaged! Eunice colored and did Japanese perm to my hair. I asked for her to do a light color similar to what I already had at that time. Instead, she colored it dark that’s very close to black. According to her, it will lighten within a few weeks as she used an “organic” hair product. I was skeptical with her statement and I just let it slide as I just wanted to go home. The worst part was, she damaged my hair where it became brittle and it kept on breaking. My head literally looks like I am getting bald. Worst! I have left multiple messages on their voicemail, and I have not received any response. I have given them multiple chances to take accountability but no actions have been made. This company will be reported to the Better Business Burea

I dont recommend this place at all. I went there for a keratin treatment, got something done completely different because of the language barrier and then I asked her what did she do to my hair because this is not what I wanted and she started yelling at me that I just pay. I’m busy I have customer and then I had to pay her For something that I did not want and got yelled at. Unus was her name i think thats how u spell it. Just save ur money dont go here

So I called to make an appointment for Japanese hair straightening and the lady that I spoke to was very shady on the phone. She said that I can come Friday, but don’t tell the person that’s supposed to be doing my hair that I called and made the appointment. She persisted on telling me not to tell the person/stylist that was supposed to be doing my hair and this was supposed to be a 3 to 4 hour procedure. Therefore I don’t know how, I cannot let the person know in advance that they would be doing a 3 to 4 hour procedure. The whole thing was sketchy and weird and I ended up canceling.

I got a Japanese straight perm from here and the results came out so great! Hope was my stylist and she was very quick, skilled and efficient. She's clearly been in the game for a very long time. For anyone who is considering going here through Groupon know that they will honor the Groupon price so you can just pay there. I went in with a clear request for highlights, yet somehow left with darker hair and an orange, burnt-looking crown. To make matters worse, the stylist colored my hair first and then applied bleach over it — essentially double-processing my hair and causing significant damage.
