I highly recommend Rachel! I have been seeing her for many years now. I never used to get a massage because I felt it was a “treat” and well frankly I couldn’t afford a “treat” like that for myself. I occasionally would get one (from anyone that had an opening that day) if I had severe back or neck pain. The first time I saw Rachel she explained the therapeutic reasons for massages and the benefits that I would receive by getting them on a regular basis. I decided then that my massages were a “health need” and not a “treat” anymore. Needless to say, I have a regular schedule for my massages now and I forever will. Rachel keeps me in balance.
