Tops nails

I had tried to get my nails there 2x different occasions because it's close to my job but I didn't end up getting any service because they take a very long time , they rather take pedi and mani then a full set service first I don't know if because they low on staff or that's how they work there but I've done my nails there before and they had better service, I went somewhere else that really want my money Good Luck to everyone who wants to waste time in this place

Love this place but there are no appointment. You want your nails done the wait could be max 3hrs

Im fond of this place because I've been coming here for years. They tend to do a great job, at least I've never had any problems when I've come. I get pedicures and eyebrows here. The only issue is that they do indeed have long wait times amd no appointments. But, it's a pretty nice spot to have here:)

I have been going here for years. Sunny is the best one there. She always takes good care of me. She is friendly and is gentle when working with my hands. She makes sure I walk out from there happy and satisfied.

Customer service is horrible. Their "appointment system" doesn't do anything. I called and made an appointment, waited an hour. They don't bother letting you know how long the wait. They ask what you need and then dismiss you. Not worth it. Never coming here again. Other people without appointments come in and get seen before you. When asking them how long they just dismiss you.
