Top Ten Nails

I went and got my nails done there twice first time was a full set and second was for filling, the second day of filling two nails broke, one I just filed down my self , and the other completely broke in half!, so I went back to get one nail fixed and I was the second person in there. I got there at 4:15 and she okay I can do, so I sat down and 4 more people come in after me, with no appointment! After the other tech finish she takes the first customer, cool after the other nail tech finish she calls one of the other customers that came after me, then the orignail nail tech tells me that I have to come back they have NO time to fix my nail or come back later! Mind you I have been in there for 45 mins waiting!!! It’s now 5:08… im not mad but just had to leave this rating.. I feel like my n

after getting a fill in last week. My index finger nail broke. I go in the same wewk to get it fixed and i am charged 6$ for one nail ????? Do not come here they are scammers and do not take their time with cuatomers unlesa they are of a certain color. All in all 2 stars is generous. The replacement nail should have been free

I come here occasionally for pedicures and they are normally pretty okay (being that they are the only place around, I don’t expect it to be this prestigious place, it’s decent enough and gets the job done) but I went today to get a manicure for my engagement photos and I could have left in tears. Partially my fault for not telling the lady I didn’t like it, but my engagement photos are right now and I am so upset she looked at this and thought it was acceptable. While the color was what I was looking for, I expected a cuticle clean up and an actual manicure.

I walked in and the lady said "Can I help you?" I said I was hoping to get a pedicure. She turned around, walked away and started doing someone's nails. She didn't even look back at me. I just walked out. Incredibly rude. For $40 basic pedicures I expect a little better customer service.

I just get my toenails clipped, but I am pleased with the service and price
