Horrible experience! Front desk lady was rude , prices without insurance were ridiculous, wife was there for a regular cleaning and the took 500 X rays and told us she needed a deep cleaning because was a new patient, of course it was 1200 , sorry but we used to live in Woodbridge and prices were accessible to all community. Totally disappointing, I won’t recommend this place.

I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK FOR ALL MY DENTAL NEEDS!!! This is the first time I have ever had a root canal and compared to my last dentist experience elsewhere, this was an absolute breeze. I definitely recommend this team from the front desk up to the dentist, everyone was VERY professional!

If i could give 1 star I would. Bout ready to sue them. How do I get a root canal done, spend an hour and some change in there and they never finished. 2nd they purposely were digging into the gums of my significant other even when she said they were hurting her they still went at her gums but harder. Very unprofessional and I've heard from 3 others how poorly they operate. A friend of hers got a cap put onto a cavity and didn't have it cleaned or anything else. The other is a family member who got his tooth broken by them. Highly unprofessional I recommend my area of Richmond or chesterfielf

I have been afraid of the dentist for a long time. The people here are truly wonderful and helped me with my teeth. I am no longer afraid of the dentist

Doctor Elgazzar is cocky, rude, and doesn't care. He is treating teeth not people. When I asked him to give me a second because he hurt me he got annoyed. He then said I was to anxious and needed sedation. I'm in my 40s and have never had to have sedation at a dentist including during root canal.
