I walked into Top One not really knowing what I wanted, just that I needed a change. My stylist sat down with me, asked great questions, and recommended a cut and style that suits my face shape and lifestyle.

I went to Top One for a haircut and style before a big event, and WOW. My stylist completely understood the assignment. He gave me a gorgeous cut and then styled it in a way that made me feel like a million bucks.

I normally don’t write bad reviews and try to support small businesses, but I left the salon crying. I let my hair grow out for over three years and just wanted a subtle change. I showed him an inspo pic and he seemed confident to copy it. I was wrong. The last thing I wanted him to do was chop it off because my hair takes such a long time to grow. My hair is also naturally fine and thin. He thinned it out even more so I'm left with zero volume. So disappointed and sad about the outcome. Now I have to wait years for my hair to be what it was before.

I’ve been to many salons over the years, and I finally found the one; no pun intended. It is very difficult to find a good hair stylist especially one that speaks Chinese. I was pleasantly surprised to find this place. The employees here really care about their customers. They are friendly and very knowledgeable. It’s not all about the money for them, they actually care about their customers. Highly recommend. ✂️❤️

I believe this place is good at hair color. That's why I wanted my hair done here. I walked in and they didn't seem confident doing my hair. That worries me a lot. I called before booking an appointment. The price wasn't the same as calling. Maybe showing up & booking ahead of time would be better for this place? I had a Budget. I had my hair done for cheaper other places. If you are getting your hair colored it's $400 & that's just for the color. Add ons will cost more. You will be spending more than $400+ I'm happy they let me know before doing my hair but also upset. I never get time to myself. That was one of my chances of having time for myself for the day. I wanted to feel pretty. If you are going they seemed pretty comfortable cutting hair.
