Top Oasis Massage

I have come here for a few years, at least 6, maybe more. Over recent months, I have called , made an appointment only to arrive and find there was a mistake and asked to wait 15 mins or come back in 30. Today, my birthday, I called at 11:30 and made a 2pm appointment. I went 30mins early to get my free 30min detox (from 10 visits) and then massage. I was told to get the detox after the massage and please come back at 2:15pm because there was a mix up and my therapist was busy. Just not efficient, customer centered service. After many years, I need to look for another therapist.

I paid for a full 60-minute full-body massage but only received about 75%-80% of my body being worked on. When the timer went off, the therapist asked if I wanted to add more time instead of completing the full service I had already paid for. Her hands were very rough, and the session felt unorganized and inconsistent. She started with my feet, then went straight to massaging my face without washing her hands—and only touched my forehead. The massage overall felt rushed and uneven, and even my feet were not massaged equally. I’ve come to this establishment several times and previously enjoyed consistent, high-quality massages with a clear flow. Unfortunately, this was the worst massage I’ve ever received, and it was very disappointing compared to my past experiences here.

Made a same day appointment for a couples massage. They were ready for us when we arrived and it was 10/10. The massage, rooms, and entire staff were great!

I’ve gotten several couple massages from oasis they work with you to help with body aches and pain. Always completely professional and nice. I highly recommend them.

Would not go back! I booked a couples massage for my husband and I and it was not enjoyable. I had a guy he had a lady, I asked for a Swedish massage when I got there they acted as if they didn’t know the difference and the lady at the desk told me to inform the person doing my massage ok cool. The guy that did mine was very rough and fast motioned. It was horrible! They use lotion instead of oil and if your to getting massages then you understand why you don’t use lotion because for one it doesn’t allow for the hands/fingers to glide and it dries/absorbs faster. Then he was kneeling on top of the massage table that I’m on, lost balance slipped off and had to catch himself causing him to fall on me! Basically it felt as if I was getting roughly lotioned instead of a massage! I booked for a
