Danailo (please pardon me if I misspelled his name—the tall, bald gentleman) was absolutely amazing. He was so professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. Talking with him felt like chatting with my favorite uncle—comforting, reassuring, and full of good energy. He made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. Sherrie at the front desk was exceptional and efficient. She was warm, organized, and on top of everything, making check-in and communication seamless. And the doctor—simply amazing! I was referred here by the VA as part of the community care program. I needed a crown and night guard. They exceeded my expectations as anytime the VA referral process is hit or miss. Smile by Design is a solid hit. The staff is welcoming and professional. I felt that I was the priority patient while I was there. Dr Jen explained everything and answered questions - I appreciate her skill and professionalism. 🙏🏼 Too bad other dentists don’t participate in the community care for veterans (I’m looking at you Carrollton dentists). I highly recommend for all your dental work. 🫡

I love this dentist office! Hands down - One of the best!!! Initially I came here when I fell and chipped the front of my tooth. Of course, this was traumatic and I was super stressed out. I needed somebody who could see me immediately, of course! Dr. Jen hooked me up! She did such a great job on my filling, you can't even tell that I had a chipped tooth. It looks amazing! I was so pleased with her AND her work. Then, I decided to use them again to get a cleaning. I was hesitant because I had not had one in a while and wasn't sure what to expect. I went to smile by design today and had one of best experiences I ever had at the dentist. Genesis gave the best cleaning I ever had. It was pain free and I didn’t feel beat up when I got out of the chair. Highly recommended!!!! Great service !!! Shout to Genesis!!!!!

With a change in dental insurance, I needed a new dentist. After reading the reviews I chose Smile By Design and I'm glad I did! Everyone I encountered in the practice is great! All the way from the greetings and helpfulness from the front office staff I received to the hygienist I used (Genesis). They are very courteous and professional. Genesis made me feel at ease and actually kept me inform of everything she was doing during my cleaning procedure. She also educated me on a few tips to better care for my teeth and gums! This was a very pleasant experience for me, and I highly recommend them!!
