I made an appointment may 22 and got accepted may 27, received a text 24 hrs before appointment to confirm and I confirmed! Got cancellation message 12 hours before my appointment thats 1144pm at night! How awful to wake up and get ready and this is what you will received! All your plans were ruined becoz of such an unprofessional attitude towards client. They will charge you full fee outside their parameters but they can cancel you in 12 hr period!😡

I had apt at 11:30a 7/10, and no one was there. I called the number provided 3x and it went straight to voicemail. I sent text messages, and I did not receive a response. This is unprofessional, unacceptable business! I will not return.
