Jill is very skilled and very knowledgeable. She has helped hundreds of people to bring their pain levels down tremendously with just one appointment. Jill Hayden is absolutely Excellent at what she does and very professional! She knows how to assess the body and what it needs to be restored. I was in a terrible debilitating car accident and could hardly move. I couldn't work my professional housekeeping business and had to see doctors in six different areas for months afterward. Jill gently worked with my body before I could even think about going to a PT (which is what my insurance wanted to pay for but was out of the question) because I was So hurt. Her knowledge and competency are truly at another level; but just as important, her care, compassion, and empathy really shine through. I've received many massages and adjustments over the years. However, Jill addresses the entire overall condition: Not just the skeleton, but the muscles too...which truly makes a difference. Due to her advanced education and experience regarding human structure, she has the ability to notice when something is awry (e.g., just by observing one's gait). It is my understanding that her treatments are exclusive and unique. It's not just snap, crackle, pop. Neither is it a soothing aromatic massage. It is corrective...and that's what's important...it's restorative!

Jill helped me through a very painful running injury. I overdid it with running and ended up having extreme hip flexor pain. I couldn’t walk up stairs without help. Even walking around was very painful. Jill was able to look at my posture and tell me what was wrong and what I needed to do to correct it. She is very skilled with Myofascia massage and release. I could tell she was working through years of built up trauma in my muscles. I will continue to use Jill as things come up with my body.

I have had various therapy techniques over many years, but it wasn't until I met Jill could I walk straight again with pain relief! Her knowledge of the human body, her stretching and massage techniques are the best I have encountered. She is a 2 steps above normal massage techniques and I highly recommend her for lasting results.
