I had the best experience here today. We were a walk in and they made us welcome and took amazing care of us. Super Thankful for the excellence at this establishment!!!!!

So I went in to get a fill for my nails. I had my nails done by a lady named Katy and she always does an amazing job. Today she wasn’t there so I had an older man fill my nails. The entire time he was distracted while doing my nails. What I originally wanted he couldn’t do because he didn’t match the acrylic base that I originally had. When I was dissatisfied with the results he said that the nails were smooth and fine. When In reality the edges of my nails were missing a fill, he didn’t remove any cuticles, he also never even put cuticle oil on, the application of the jewels left a streak on the side of my nails, the shaping was awful, and the entire nail looked like I painted them myself with how lumpy it looked. I later went Perfection Nail Bar and Organic Spa and the lady fixed my nail

So recently this review reached 500 views and I decided after reading it that I wanted to revisit this experience I had and explain just a little bit more. The man who did my nails was older, when I showed him what I wanted he just nodded his head yes and then told me the price (I cannot remember what I paid). He at no point engaged with me, I felt more of a burden for a service I was paying for. He talked to the other employees most of the time yelling around. This is the third time I have tried to go here. The man there said “they were too busy for me”- he has said this every single time. Only he says this to people, the women do not when they are there. Each of these times there has not been one single person in there waiting to get their nails done. This is accepting walk-ins? Lazy.
