I went for manicure and pedicure on Saturday. They got me in right away. I got my both my manicure and pedicure done at the same time which was a first for me. The one doing my manicure had to turn off the massage char which was so sad. Two gentlemen worked on me and told me how bad my fingers looked bc of how short my nails are. My manicure look like a kid did them. I also noticed open bud light cans at their tables. Idk I’m not one for reviews but this felt warranted. See photos for how he left my cuticles, nails super uneven, and polish not down to the cuticle/ covering the whole nail. Weird experience and would not go back.

I have been going to this place for years and it just keeps getting worse. I’m finally done!!! Customer service is terrible! One day I listened to Winnie the owner complain about Starbucks and how she orders a drink one day and it is okay and the next it is totally different. Omg Winnie that is your store! One time you get okay service and the next visit you ask your self why do I keep coming back??? My pedicure today was supposed to have a message it was more of someone rubbing their hands up and down your legs. Not a message!!! I also commented the message is usually longer than 5 minutes. I’m done wasting my money on this place. Sorry Winnie but your store has seriously gone down hill. Will not recommend ever again!

I wanted to love this place. I had been there 4 or 5 times and was very happy. This is where my daughter and I had been going for our girls day. But today it was different. I had a new girl.I was totally humiliated because she made fun of me to my face, other coworkers and in front of customers because due to a disease I have no toe nails. I sat embarrassed and not looking up and she said something to me and I didn't reply. She smacked me on my leg and said to answer her when she is talking to me. My daughter and I both got the vip pedicure, and it's supposed to be an hour long with a massage which my daughter received, but I didn't. I talked to the manager and I paid $135.00. I told him I wouldn't be back because of how the lady treated me and he gave me his card with his name and told me

Another fabulous set! Many compliments! My go-to Nail salon when I'm in the area. Pedi's, full sets. Weddings. My family has been coming here for years. I prefer the coffin tip shape.

Highly recommend Top Nails & Spa. Cindy (nails) and Hannah (toes) are amazing. I absolutely love their attention to detail. It’s a great atmosphere and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed through!
