On the Avenue Salon and Spa

Carmella has been doing my toes and nails for 13 years and I receive compliments all the time on my nails. It is like sitting down with a dear friend every couple weeks and always so relaxing. It is my home away from home get a way. She does a fantastic job on both and she has also done facials for me which are incredible. I can’t say enough positive about her professional skills and outstanding personality. Truly I consider her family!!!!

I've been to a lot of places and I've never experienced better service, quality, and talent from anywhere that even comes close to what I experienced at On the Avenue Salon. What ever service you receive from them is first-class, and I can tell that management must be terrific because everyone that was working there, or anyone that came in and left while I was there was smiling.... You gotta check this place out! 😀

It started off very good, and I was very excited for my Brazilian blowout. It's supposed to last up to twelve weeks, but in the first two, I noticed it wasn't holding. I called and told them and we made an appointment. I was unable to make the appointment due to work and had to reschedule for the next week. Which put me at 4 weeks after the hair treatment. Upon arriving to the appointment she sat me down and told me she was unable to redo my hair treatment, since it was past 4 weeks and it was a waste of money and time. So instead of telling me this from the get-go, they let me drive all the way over there, for some free shampoo and conditioner and a little bit of thinning. Which is not what I asked for nor what I wanted. Not happy about this. At all.

I have been coming to On the Avenue Salon for facials and pedicures for at least 6 years. It is so relaxing and excellent service every time. Whatever service you choose to have, you will not be disappointed!!

I recently moved to the area and was unsure of where to go for a haircut. I did a quick Google search and landed upon On the Avenue Salon, and I am so happy I went! I was greeted promptly by friendly staff, and was offered a refreshment during my brief time waiting for my appointment to begin. I absolutely LOVED my stylist, Laura. She made me feel very comfortable and really listened to me as I described what I was wanting in my new hairstyle. As for the haircut itself, she totally delivered on her promises! I love my new do and am thrilled that I went for it! I would recommend On the Avenue to anyone and everyone looking for a welcoming environment and a fabulous new look. Thank you!
