The employees are very nice. Although there was a time I felt uncomfortable when they were talking because I wasn’t sure if they were laughing at me or something else. I got the sugar scrub on my right foot/leg for about 10 mins and about 1 minute on the left so I thought that was odd. I let her choose the color compared to something similar to what she had on and she matched it almost perfectly so I was pleased with that! She wasn’t clear that I wanted tips put on so I had to tell her again. That’s okay I get it language barrier. It happens. When she’s putting the tips on she’s sticking to me a lot. I had to pick a lot of glue off my skin when I got home. I got a mani and a pedi and pay $162 before tip. Yes it’s a decent job but the price is crazy! Especially since I didn’t get anything f

Does not accept walk ins so I scheduled an appointment. I asked for Gel X but the nails were completely facing upward. I would highly recommend avoiding this place. I had them remove the Gel X before I left and requested a refund. They wanted $84 for nails that looked like this. Then the manager that helped to remove the nails asked if I’ve ever had Gel X like they were supposed to look like this. I’ve had Gel X for two years consistently and never once did they point upwards like this. 100% disappointed and wasted two and a half hours that I’ll never get back.

My original nail tech is out of the country so I decided to try Top nails 💅 in blue ash. After looking at the reviews, I booked an appointment with Ari. So glad I did ! The receptionist was very courteous. Ari was kind, payed attention to detail, asked what I wanted - and delivered ❤️ Not to mention quick and thorough. I am extremely satisfied to the point of scheduling another appointment before I left. The salon is beautiful by the way! I received SNS dip powder and polish change for my feet.

This is the BEST place to get nails done! Always on-time, always excellent quality, and the gel polish lasts forever. As someone who typically hops around to wherever is convenient, this is now my regular go-to spot.

I have been getting SNS for years, and always have my nails wrapped instead of soaking my hands. I have never been somewhere a full 2 hours for this service. I asked for exactly what I had going in, the same length (not cut down), kept the same shape, and asked for the same colors. Only after I had the base color on did I find out they didn't have the sparkle color I wanted and it is not done well at all. At this point I just wanted to leave and not spend more time. I was charged $7 for this "french" and they wanted to charge me $10 for the "length" of my nails. After arguing for 10 minutes they changed it to $5...because of the "length" of my nails.
