Glow Nails Spa

I would give zero stars if I could. I got my nails done here right before the New Year, and they were terrible. I usually do my own nails, but I wanted to save time, so I went in just to have tips and acrylic added—no polish or top coat, just something simple. The nails were all different lengths and shapes. I pointed out that my thumbs were noticeably different, but nothing was fixed. They tried to charge me $40, but I only paid $30 because I was unhappy with the results. I later called back to let them know I would be leaving a review and to suggest that the nail tech slow down. It felt very rushed, likely because there were only two workers there at the time. On a positive note, the pedicure was done well.

I moved back to Cincy a few months ago and have not been happy with any of the well known, and rather expensive nail salons in the area. Luckily I came across the positive reviews for Glow Nail Spa, and was able to make an appointment today. Everything about my experience there was very positive. Staff were very friendly, attentive, and did a great job on my nails..::all for an affordable price. I will definitely be going back!

I’m not usually high-maintenance when it comes to nails, but I decided to try powdered dip for my first manicure and I’m OBSESSED. I super love how strong yet natural they feel! My nails look clean, classy, and put-together without being too much. I also added the foot spa and it was SO relaxing. It felt like the perfect little reset. The staff was welcoming, offered me a drink, the tech was patient while picking my colors, and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’ll definitely be back!

Had a great experience here with my grandma. This family owned business is truly impressive, with amazing decorations after the renovation and incredible service from a team of kind and attentive staff.
