Top Nails

I love TOP NAILS. I do not get my nails and feet done often but when I do, I really like to enjoy the experience. I decided to leave work a little early today, 10/21/2025, and treat myself to a pedicure. This had to be one of the BEST pedicures I have ever had. The customer service was great. I wish I got the name of the person who did my pedicure. She took her time. I definitely got my monies worth. She gave me multiple leg and foot massages throughout the process. She started at 4:32pm and ended at 6:30pm. Right on time for me to run right down the street to Bible Study. I have been here about 3-4 times in the past but today was top tier. Would recommend and would be back.

I wish I could give zero stars! This place is absolutely HORRIBLE! I was in a bind and decided to come here....first sign should've been the fact that they weren't busy. The nail techs literally seem like they are just practicing on people to get their license. Left with ill-shaped thick nails this is even after literally trying to coach the guy through how to do the nails correctly. He just didn't care to try to take pride in his work. He didn't know how to complete an overlay nor did he know how to even shape nails. It was disgraceful.. All I asked for was an overlay over my natural nails. While there I also heard other women voice concerns regarding the work of their nail techs as well. I assume all of the experienced techs were either off work or they just don't have any. If i could give 0 stars, i would, this is the worst nails ive ever got done, and they had the nerve to try an upcharge me saying my nails were long, after saying it was too short to get the style i initially wanted. Terribly shaped and just bulky and ugly. I kept on changing the style i wanted because i just knew they couldn’t execute it how i wanted, ended up getting plain white nails as my birthday nails and they’re still hideous with a lumpy foundation.

Went in for a gel nail removal and the guy peeled it off instead of using a drill. The pain lasted a couple of weeks and the top layer of my nails are still damaged over a month later. Didn’t happen when I had my first set removed at a different location and won’t bother to ever get another set after this.

It is a waste of money. The technician put just an enough glue for 4 days so you can come back and pay more money for a poor job. My daughter nail came off in 4 days and they would not fix the nails (3 of them came off)! Jen had me to come 30 minutes away to tell me ,to many days have gone by , but the receipt doesn’t show phone number address or policy.I had three day to come back. This was my first and last time spending my money with them. Poor customer service. They hurry up to put them on but slow about fixing their mistake. NO STAR , NEGATIVE 5
