I'd been thinking about assisted stretching for awhile to help relieve my lower back stiffness and to increase my flexibility. From the first visit, I knew this was the right place. Chaka is very knowledgeable and stretch therapy is better than I'd hoped for! Flexibility and back issues are improving. I highly recommend.
