Top Nails & Pedicure Spa

I’ve never left a bad review in my life but I am so disappointed I have to. To start I had an appointment at 12 and waited a whole extra half an hour and they didn’t even say anything about it. Then to the service. She cut two of my fingers, both bled. Then i picked out my color and she suggested a different one for the idea i had in mind. I said that was fine but she added chrome on top. I did not ask for that and wasn’t even told it was extra money. So online when I made my appointment it said $44 and she told me it was $69.. an extra $15 for the chrome I didn’t ask for and she didn’t tell me about until it was already on my nails. So that would’ve made it $59 where did the extra $10 come from??? The $44 included the gel polish, shape, and acrylics. Such a shame because I used to love th

Have to say I’m disappointed. My nails are all bumpy from the polish not being applied smoothly. I attached a picture of my one nail that has the most bumps and indentations from it. But my other 9 fingers have this as well. I’m also not pleased at all how my two thumbs are completely different shapes. I paid $34. This was completely over priced for the quality I have received. Also didn’t receive a short hand massage with lotion at the end of my manicure.

Excellent work. I have watched Tina, the owner, grow her business from the start. She is always professional and makes sure each customer feels pampered. All of her technicians are skilled and hardworking. She will back up any services.

Giving one star is generous. I showed up at 10am for my appointment and door was locked. No one in sight. Very unprofessional behavior. Will not go back here ever again.
