I hate to have to make reviews like this, but this salon absolutely DESTROYED my hair. It is broken off and half my hair is gone, and they offered me no refund at all. My hair has never ever been this bad. I have attached photos of what it looked like when I left, and what it looked like after I went to another salon to get it fixed. I’m happy it at least looks better now after going to another salon but my hair is still GONE. I had very thick hair before and now it doesn’t even look right in a pony tail it’s so thin. My hair was also Chopped, my bangs weren’t even at all.

I love this salon! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Everyone was friendly and professional, which immediately put me at ease. A huge shout-out to Lori who went above and beyond. She took the time to listen to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions and paid attention to detail. I left absolutely loving my hair. The salon is clean and organized, booking is easy and my appointments alway start on time. I highly recommend this salon, especially my stylist, if you're looking for great service, expert skills and an overall enjoyable experience.

Me and my children have been coming here for years and we absolutely love our hair every time we get it done. We typically see Jami and Lori, the best in the biz!

I made the mistake of judging this place solely based on looks, and after receiving services today I can definitely say well worth it. They were able to accommodate last minute appointments for my daughter and I and we both absolutely love the results. While it might not be very appealing inside and lacks most salon comforts the stylist truly are great.

Cheryl and Melissa are two of the best in the business they will always cut and shape your hair the way that you ask them to and this is a big plus for me the prices are very reasonable. As for tips you must bring cash with you as they do not allow tips on the credit cards which i do not mind at all. Salon Loyale = Great place Great Staff and Great service and this is why i have come here for the last 15 years.
