I went here yesterday to get a pedicure and relax let me say this it was the worst experience of my life. The Older Asian man was so ruff and rushing through my pedicure i told him he was hurting me and he would get an Attitude when filing my toes he burn my skin and he rushed through my overlay it was clumpy and uneven and he filled my real toe nails down so much it broke on the side and he just throws more acrylic Over it and it just burned the whole time i think they used mma and as ruff and painful it was my feet doesn’t even feel like i had a pedicure the dead skin still there and my left big toe is red swollen and burns still this today and think he cut my side of toe nail incorrectly And the gel polish is clumpy took two other people to try and repaint my toes. Hey friends, I do not recommend anyone to Top Nails. I went in for a manicure 💅 and left in pain and confused. I am still searching for a place to call home for my spa days, I found this place online and thought this would be it. I previously had gel polish on and wanted to keep gel polish only since it last for two weeks, and I can manage. Long story short, I didn’t dip my hands anywhere, other than cold water, no soap or anything, then she told me that my finger will hurt under the light because of my nails ( wait a minute what’s wrong with my nails 🧐, before I got there everything was fine). They use MMA here…. beware!!! My nails were so hard they broke off within 2 weeks. So many red flags about the facility. I had to argue with staff to make them soak of my nails. They attempted to pressure me to using a nail tip to rip off my nails.
