Top Nails

I really wouldn’t even give one star. I’m very disappointed in Top Nails. I’ve been coming to this place for 40 yrs…YES 40 YEARS! It’s not what it used to be. I’ve given this place way too many chances. The last time was it for me. I got a pedicure and she didn’t even ask what kind of pedicure I wanted. I wanted a deluxe but she just gave me a regular one. I was getting my lashes done at the same time, which I hate because I like to enjoy the massage chair but like I said I always give them a chance and I’m very friendly. Then I went to get my nails done. I explained to her I was going to be A MOM OF THE GROOM in a wedding coming up and I wanted a French manicure. I told her I’ve never had a French manicure before. Lena is my girl! I’ve been going to her for years now. Top Nails have updated there chairs and massage seats. I go to her for pedicures regularly and when I want to dip, she does an amazing job!

I’ve been coming here since I was 12 (now 24) & I love my experience. I usually go with Susan for my pedicures and Leslie for my nails and Nancy for my brows they are amazing!! I typically take in a photo of how I want my nails to look and they always turn out even better than expected.

I quickly remembered why I stopped coming to this place, although the pictures do not do justice but we shouldn’t leave this place with our skin glued to the acrylic and burning/ stinging. My nails are so thick and heavy. They do not listen when you request for a service that you are paying for be done the way you want your nails done. Not happy with my nails.

I was trying to tell the young lady that one of my nails was crooked and she did not want to listen she was consistent on telling me that there was correct the service is poor they do not listen to the customers and when I told the manager she didn't show no care in the world I would not go there anymore that was a waste of my money and I'm really upset about it. I also proceeded to let her know that I had extra acrylic left on my hand and can I get it off she just looked at me crazy and continues to do what she wanted to do so I had just got up and left and I still pay her
