Top Nails

I have had pedicures here several times. This time i decided I would get my nails done. Big mistake. Filed my nails down so thin after asking them not too. My gel polish didn’t set so now three days after having them done the top layer is peeling off and it’s mushy. So gross. Would never go back after this experience.

In the area for a couple of months and found this nail salon. Tim has been doing my nails and he’s pretty great > LOVE the attention to detail. Very clean and professional space. I will continue to come back for all my mail and pedicure needs! Thanks, Tim! 💅🏽😍

Top Nails is absolutely amazing! My tech, Kay, did an outstanding job. He was incredibly thorough and paid great attention to detail, ensuring everything was perfect. The salon itself is stunning—clean, modern, and beautifully designed, creating such a relaxing atmosphere. On top of that, everyone there was so friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. I couldn’t be happier with my visit and will definitely be coming back. If you're looking for a top-notch nail salon, this is it! Highly recommend!

Love getting my gel polish done here, I enjoy the time they take and initiative to fix mistakes and are always very polite and friendly. However a couple days ago I was going to go to the nail salon after work when I arrived at 6:15 the sign for open was off and said closed but online,door and more all day 7pm is when they close, I’m normally in earlier in the day, but couldnt find the time to do so so I was unsure of what time they actually closed, when I called to make sure they were close no one answered so I just left. Nor to preface what I have just said it’s not a criticism because they work a very hard job, but I wanted to make sure that I was right about the time they close.

I came back for a nail correction, I did not ask for any discount I was fully going to pay for a new full set and a new pedicure and I tip generously, it’s been less than one week and my polish chipped of within days. I respect the time the techs put in and I understand sometimes mistakes happen but the complete Horrendous customer service has turned me away from this establishment for good. The staff Wouldn’t even let me soak my feet in water while I waited being that there was multiple empty chairs. Service workers We’re extremely rude and unprofessional, took a nasty tone and dismissed me. Stay away from this place, they do not value quality work nor customer service. I left feeling extremely uncomfortably the way I was treated when I entered and I left feeling extremely uncomfortable
