Everything Zen: A Therapeutic Oasis

This was my very first massage, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. From the moment I arrived, Sarah greeted me with such kindness and made me feel completely welcomed and at ease. She took the time to go over my history in detail and really listened, so she could customize the massage to match exactly what I needed. Throughout the entire session, I felt comfortable and totally relaxed. By the time it was over, I left feeling absolutely amazing—so much lighter and refreshed than when I walked in.

I look forward to those moments where I can schedule a 1.5 massage with Sarah. It's not just that the massage revitalizes my body to take on another day nor the healing it does for my brain and mental health, but seeing Sarah's smile when I come in the door, the private changing room and bathroom where I can get ready for my session, the beautiful space where the massage takes place, the music she plays, the comfortable bed and the heat pads (oh the heat pads!) and ... well the whole process. It starts with a kind, genuine small from Sarah and ends with me floating out the door feeling heavenly. I mean it.

I redeemed a gift certificate today for an integrative massage. It was wonderful! So relaxing. Sarah used the perfect amount of pressure to relieve tension without being too rough. The massage room is very relaxing from the music and lighting all the way down to the heated massage table. I loved the hot towels and heading pads she incorporated during the massage. My only regret is not redeeming my gift certificate sooner. I will definitely be returning here in the future!!

Sarah does a fabulous job from head to toe! Very private and relaxing studio. I'll definitely be back. My wife and I both love going there. You like Sara from the minute you meet her.
