TOP NAILS AND SPA

have been coming to this nail salon for a while, but today was the second time I left disappointed and in pain because of the service. The first time I came for a pedicure, the lady doing my feet was arrested and my service was left unfinished. When I decided to leave, I was still charged full price. Today, my service was a 2 out of 10. During my pedicure, I was cut twice. The first time was between my toes. The second time, she scraped off a whole layer of skin from my foot. I was bleeding and in pain. I specifically requested a certain nail technician, but I was given someone else the same lady who was arrested during my previous visit. This was my first time at this shop and I can honestly say that I am truly impressed. The staff is friendly and the shop is clean. It’s located in a quiet and nice plaza. The young lady that did my nails is very professional. She did my nails so nice and neat. I have not had them done nicely in years. I will definitely be back.

Been coming here about 5yrs and honestly should have stopped coming yearsss ago! Veryyyy rude for no reason and no customer service at all! & they over charge and change prices every visit! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! Go to lovely nails same plaza by Papa John’s.

THEY HAVE OLD POLISH!! LADY WHO SIT/WORK AT BACK LEFT TOLD ME HERSELF. THIS PLACE TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU OLD POLISH!! I went 3 days ago to do my nails. Sunday. They close Monday and I work all week their same work hours. On Sunday when the lady did my nails I went back inside and told the workers they were painted bad and they were bubbling. They sent me back over to the same lady that messed my nails up so she can fix it. She kept looking at me like im crazy then blamed the polish and had me pick a new color. I chose black instead thinking if she mess up again it won't be obvious. She also said the black polish is good polish. She was rough and I do have some cuts on my fingers. Look at pictures. Against my better judgment I went in because I really needed and pedicure and wish I hadn’t. I paid $50 for this pedicure and my polish are 2 different colors. I didn’t have the time or patience to have her change it. Go somewhere else!
