As a licensed cosmetologist with 30+ years in the industry, I was extremely disappointed by the pricing and quality alignment at this beauty supply. Low-grade human hair priced around $50 for short lengths is significantly above typical market value. Comparable or better hair can be found in that same price range elsewhere. The same hair grade can be purchased from other suppliers for roughly $30 less, which reflects an excessive retail markup of nearly 60%. I will not be returning.

This is the best beauty suppy store period.Family owned. There prices are high on some stuff but I need it so I get it.Great customer service. But I always check my receipt before I leave because I had spend $150 plus worth of stuff and when I check the product I had 26 items there was 27 on receipt so I got double charge for something. I was already home too tired to go back. I just double check before I leave there store from now on.

Hair was extremely tangled. I spent over $200 on some loose wave 18, 20 and 24 inches. Hair was pretty but gets extremely tangled and sheds a lot.

Large inventory, highly recommend if you are looking for products.

Awesome store, clean, well organized, HUGE SELECTION! ....and MOST IMPORTANTLY, FANTASTIC Customer Service, which is usually lacking at most beauty supply stores. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Other stores give you attitude as if you're bothering them, NOT here. So glad I happen to find this place after going to Burlington next door. Spent close to $100 and bought stuff to replenish my makeup/hair kit. Will gladly come back and refer friends and family. P.S. They also have cool and funky sunglasses and were unpacking these brand new bling bags for going out at night. ( see photo ) SUPER eye catching and unique.
