Top Nail Spa & Waxing

I like the fact that they do walk ins however, I’m usually a hard wax person , but because I’m new to the states and I need to get waxed I decided to use them and plus their prices are reasonable however my wax was not done clean. I did a Brazilian and under arm. There was till hair between my south lips and my under arm still had hair. All my years of waxing I have never been left with hair under my arms or between those lips. They need to take their time and do the services properly and stop rushing. Also try giving the options of soft or hard wax . Let people choose. Kinda disappointed

This place was amazing as far as customer service! We took my disabled aunt. She has limited function and her hands are hard to work with due to chorea . The care they gave was immaculate! They took her in and handled it all on their own. She got a mani and pedi and they did sooo good! Truly appreciate all the staff that day!

I called in today hoping for a last-minute appointment, completely forgetting it was Mother’s Day weekend, so naturally the place was packed. Totally spaced there, my fault🤦‍♀️ But Lynn and Jenny were both awesome and had me seated right away for my manicure! Last time I got an amazing gel manicure here, but I was a little worried about potential damage when removing it. Jenny was super gentle, and even after the gel came off, my nails still felt strong. The manicure itself was quick, precise, and so gentle! I had a general idea that I wanted something “Twilight”-inspired (symbols or ideas from the movie, with a little edge?), and Lynn totally helped bring it to life. I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted, but she had creative ideas and made it all come together with her artistic touch. So g

I have been going here for quite some time, I have always had pleasant experiences. Yesterday, was different. I always go for a gel pedicure. In the middle of the pedicure I could feel a very sharp stinging sensation and this was when my nails were being cut & soaked. Even did callus removal but I kept feeling pain. I looked at the towel and saw stains of blood but I was like this can’t be my blood because she has not mentioned a single thing to me or put any sort of ointment like they usually do. The pedicure was over and all she did was put oil on my nails. I had to leave for work. It wasn’t until late last night that I noticed I had a deep cut right above my toe nail. It is deep! I am disappointed that she never once told me that she had cut me or offer any kind of ointment just kinda t

If I can leave a -10 stars on this place I would! The service is garbage and terrible terrible service on your pedi and nail set. It was so awful they scrapped my foot my skin literally peeled off! I thought I was gonna bleed. They talk to much shit about the customers too. The whole experience was terrible
